about replication

I've  some Oracle databases with replication.
Databases are installed on Windows NT machine and the version is
7.3.4. Instance are in 'NOARCHIVELOG' mode.
Because tablespace are too defragmented i would like to backup and
restore the master database with an import and export.
How can i do it? In paritcular the import phase?
