- fix up your Web-Server so the ASP's work, and on all Browsers.
- make sure your EMail addresses reachable.
- make sure your DNS entries for www.webjobsno.com are OK
- don't send silly reply mails / autorespond stuff

And then post in a NG that is called marketplace.oracle.com
