  1. Use connection manager to configure a list of ports that the listener hands off to
  2. Check with your firewall manufacturer to see if it handles SQL*Net
  3. Check on metalink for configuring the server to keep everything on one port (Windoze only, and I don't recall the registry setting for this). My guess is that performance would be horrible using this option...
