OUTLN Schema Missing Error (ORA - 18008)

Hi,

We had Ver 8.1.4 intalled and further upgraded to 8.1.5.

Recently I am getting following error while trying to create table in any schema.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-18008: cannot find OUTLN schema

This only happens while creating Table with PRIMARY KEY clause in.

If we omit the Primary Key clause table gets created but while adding Primary key using "ALTER TABLE ADD CONSTRAINT...." further we get the same error.

Our DBA is also not too sure about this.

Any help in this will really appriciated.
