Oracle 8.1.7 installation in windows 2000 professional

Hi,


I install windows 2000 in my ASUS  P4T with INTEL P4 1.3GHZ with service
pack 1. When I tried to install Oracle 8.1.7 EE, the Oracle Universal
Installer did not come up at all. I check the task manager and it show that
setup is running.


Can some one help me to install this software.
