8.1.7 for NT and performance monitor

Hi,

In previous (8.0) version of Oracle for NT, there was a file for the performance monitor named %ORACLE_HOME%\dbs\perf80.ora. I have looked all over the file system for this file (without the 80, of course), but cannot find it. Does this file (or it's functionality) still exist with 8.1.7?
