It means that some application (iConnector) or driver used by an application is generated traffic to the oracle server which fails Oracle's internal protocol integrity checks. It could be the specific app/server, if it generates Net8/OCI protocol directly, or it could be a latent bug in a JDBC or ODBC driver triggered by behavior specific to a particular application that is using the driver.
