A couple of questions:
1) Did this happen for the other products (reports, forms, etc) or just procedure builder?

2) Is Motif installed on the machine?
3) Do you have an ANSI C compiler?
4) Is that the full text of the error? Usually there is some description of
the actual problem encountered...
