Oracle Object Types and COM/DCOM

I have a middle tier application that needs to communicate with both Sun and MSFT clients, i.e. Java and COM/DCOM

Currently we have one set of stored procedures returning PL/SQL tables /ADO recordsets for the COM API's and another (essentially duplicate) set of procedures that returns Oracle Object types for the CORBA/Java folks.

Are there any workarounds known for COM components to be able to utilize an Oracle Object Type/Array??

Thanks in advance for your help!
