Hello All!
I've tried to startup Oracle Management Server (8.1.7.1, SUN Sparc).
Oemctrl fails
with vague message:
= = = cut = =
$ oemctrl start oms
OEMCTRL for Solaris: Version 2.2.0.0.0
Copyright (c) 1998, 2000, Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
Starting the Oracle Management Server...
Could not connect to the OMS: possible error in the configuration file.
= = = cut = =
The same message has been written to log-file
($ORACLE_HOME/sysman/log/oms.nohup). Additional trace option in
omsconfig.properties like LOGGING.ENABLED=TRUE or TRACING.ENABLED=TRUE
are useless. No extension messages appear
Are there another log-file or diagnostic tools?
