"decent" may be the operative word...

I work for a third-party real estate software company. The Multi-Listing Service which has the data allows ONLY access to the views. I interface MLS data from all over the country in a variety of formats into our dBaseIV files. Everything from text based downloads to exported db file to ODBC like this on.

If I wasn't already pretty far over the line, this would drive me nuts!
