The issue driving my clients crazy is the individual registration with Big Brother. Not such a big deal in a small organization. But imagine trying to upgrade and register 200,000 workstations. Each one needing to be individually loaded by hand from a different CD.

On the server side no-one of any size uses Windows. But on the client side this is pushing people to consider other options.
