Re: Quality of response to TARs

My favorite part of dealing with Metalink people is how I get a call within two hours of logging an i-TAR, and a basic (usually irrellevant question) asked.

i.e

M/link: "Has this ever happened previously?"
Me: "No"
M/link: "OK - I'll continue investigating and get back to you"

Now Mr/Ms MetaLink is happy because they've met some sort of initial response time required for internal (maybe external as well?) reporting, and I have to wait two more days for a vaguely helpful response.

Credit where it is due - 95% of the time I get the answers/help I require - but it just takes days to get there!

Cheers,
