If you're talking about the same job, you don't have to worry : a specific job always runs only once at the same time. If a job is scheduled to run every 5 minutes, and execution time is 6 minutes, the
second will run as soon as the first has stopped. If you're talking about different jobs which shouldn't run together, you
could e.g. use dbms lock to create a user-lock, or check dba jobs running.
