VNI-2015 error (Windows 2000 and ORACLE 8.1.6)

Hi,

I keep getting the VNI-2005 error, when I try to run a job (export) using Enterise Manager.

I have 2 2000 servers with Oracle 8.1.6 running on both servers and they belong to the same Domain

I followed the instructions in the configuration guide by create a local user with the local (belong to administrator group) and have the "logon as batch job" right to run the "intelligent agent" and set that user in the perferrence canadiate

but I still getting the VNI-2005 error, help
