You may be able to simply use the following syntax providing you have no read-only tablespaces online and no new tablespaces have been added since you took the backup of the control file.

RECOVER DATABASE USING BACKUP CONTROLFILE See Oracle documentation for extra work required to recover database if you have added tablespaces and/or new datafiles since the backed up control file was taken.
