error with oas 4.0.8.2.1

Question,



Sometimes when I try to start OAS 4.0.8.2.1 it fails when loading wrbmon.



first I start orb and then the rest. when owsctl comes to loading the wrbmon
it takes ages to load and then exits with an errormessage .



When I reload then it starts anyway.



anyone ideas?
