Importing Data into MSACccess

I have used the SQL Loader tool for Oracle, is there an equivalent tool in
MSAccess?


I am trying to import a dbf4 file into MSAccess on a weekly basis via a
batch file (so the process is fully automated) Also I may want to import a
comma delimeted txt file.
