it would run - but i believe not very fast:-)

if you install Oracle -
1. don't let the Oracle Setup create your instance (do a custom install without database)
  --> because the instance creation tool will go out of memory (virtual memory doesnt go well)

• Install it without creating a instance - --> start later the database creation tool --> let give you the scripts for creation of the instance close the database creation tool --> and start the newly created batchfile (that could take a while a hour?) --> have also a close look at the memory plans when working with the database creation tool -> oracle allwayes plans to consume all the available memory! (have a look at shared pool size, number of block buffers!!!!)
