Re: oracle 8.1.7 on Windows 2000 Server? problems after reboot

on a PDC, you should have NO user accounts. on an Oracle Server, you should have services starting under the authority of a user account, e.g. "oracle". Seems like a bit of a contradiction, doesn't it?

the resolution is - DON"T INSTALL ORACLE ON A PDC.

simple enough.
