8.1.6 and NT OS error

Hi,

I've installed ORACLE V8.1.6.0.0 on
Windows NT Version 4.0 Service Pack 5, CPU type 586 which completed succesfully...

...but during the creation of a new database instance I encountered the following error:

Any ideas what the cause of this OS error is?
