I have a KSH-AWK script that uses exp and imp to get the schema into an interpreter (sqlplus) runable form.

http://www.sofbot.com/ script is ugly_DDL.ksh

There are also perl versions somewhere listed in technet.oracle.com

There is a DBD-DBI perl utility that does schema extraction somewhere too.
