i have a big problem regarding purging on Oracle Enterprise 7.3.4 SCO Openserver. Two sites are on multimaster replication strategy and have been working fine for several months. I have observed that the TOOLS tablespace has been growing a lot. The DEF$_CALL tables has grown to include all previous transaction. I am read the manual to check if i can purge this table but to no avail. The DBMS_DEFER.PURGE function is available on Oracle 8x. I have not seen a single relevant function on purging this table...

please help me
