Book about unix.

Dear all,

Please can anyone assist with advice on a good book on unix (Solaris, AIX). I've been using unix for a few years, can write shell scripts that don't look very elegant but work etc., so I don't want an introduction. I'm looking for something up-to-date so I can understand what our sys admins are talking about. The reviews at online bookshops are often contradictory - one guy gives a book 5 stars, the next guy says it's rubbish . . . .

TIA for any thoughts.
