ORA-12705

Hi there,



When I was trying to open Oracle Expert to connect to the repository I got
an ORA-12705 error.



I checked the NT registry the NLS_LANG value is
"AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1" which is the same as the database on the
Unix machine.



Any advice?
