You can look at V$BACKUP or V$BACKUP_DATAFILE..

For further information if you need it you can also check out

V$BACKUP_DEVICE
V$BACKUP_PIECE
V$BACKUP_REDOLOG
V$BACKUP_SET
V$BACKUP_SYNC_IO
