No this happens in the intial phase. No reboot. Sometimes I get a completed install screen. Sometimes the installer ends with no screen. What is consistent is the installer attempts to copy msvcrt40.dll, then cleanup.bat. Windows always records an event for a file protection error referencing msvcrt40.dll.
