connection syntax reference card

Could someone post a compilation of possible connection syntaxes?

I mean the connection string one is using to connect e.g. via SQLPlus from a client to an arbitrary oracle server in the network.

It is amazing how often I stumble across this and how often I had forgotten the correct syntax.

I will pin it on the wall once I have the information, I'll promise :-)
