migration!! migration!!

Hi,

Currently i am thinking migration our oracle database from a AIX machine

to SUN machine..

any tips how can i do that?

can i do it simply by backup the datafile and restore it to the sun machine?
or another approach by export/import ...

if export/import is need.. any limitation? my database if around 60GB.. and that the larges tablespace consists of several datafile and round 6GB data size...
