Why do you need a shareware tool?
Oracle Enterprise Manager, in default, can measure just about anything you might need from an Oracle database. If you dream up something it can't do by default, just create a new job for it!
All these shareware/fancy gui tools do, is provide you with what is available from Oracle anyway.
Unless of course I'm wrong?
