Yes, Migration Guide comes in the hierarchy path as follows with both PDF and HTML formats available:

Level 1: Oracle Documentation Library, Release 8.1.7
Level 2: Oracle8i Server and SQL*Plus
Level 3: Oracle8i Migration

I am convinced that OTN has all the documents there now. Thanks again.
