A little VB scripting or export macros, a little use of AT or other sleazy MS scheduler, some ftp and crontab, ksh scripting and whatever, no problem.

Or buy yourself an ETL or data transform tool ($1001 to $100,000) some intersystem batch schedulers (more $$), several admins and developers and go at it.
