installing Oracle on Japanese Windows NT

Hi,



I have a Japanese Windows NT 4 with SP5 installed and am trying to install
Oracle database so the database can support Japanese. Can I simply install
the "English" version of Oracle 8i on the Japanese NT and turn on Unicode
for character set and NLS? Will it be sufficient? Or there is a Japanese
version of Oracle?
