Hi all oracle wizards, I am a newbie oracle dba, and I would like to know if
anyone knows how to connect internal thru sqlplus 8 for Oracle 8.1.7 on
windows nt workstation I've tried but I keep getting and error see the
following


ERROR:



ORA-12203: TNS:unable to connect to destination



Please advise, I'll be much obliged.
