It can show the Map of the database in lots of ways (by physical Order, by size of extents, by schema names...), and also can filter the Data. The program is made for the Windows Platform. DBAhelper is made by Boaz Laufer

Mamba for Oracle
Mamba provides a Web-based dashboard for managing the health, availability, and status of your Oracle database environment. View the status of all Oracle instances in a single-screen view with drill downs into more detailed performance data for individual instances. Accessible from any Web-enabled workstation, Mamba for Oracle provides a quick, clear, and comprehensive overview of all key Oracle database performance metrics, enabling quick problem determination and resolution.
