ETL (Extraction/Transformation/Loading) tools for DW???

We're in need of one or more ETL tools. (We've built our own at a previous product company, but with this service organization, buying a tool makes more sense.) The sources include Oracle8.1, SQLServer7, and probably flat files and/or ODBC-compliant formats, the target is Oracle8.1. There are quite a few listed on www.dwinfocenter.org. Has anyone used any of these or other ETL tools? Any good or bad experiences? Any tools you'd strongly recommend?
