Re: UnInstaller 7.3 and OTRACE73.DLL

Right I'm supposed to download DRV25317 from Oracle

      otn.oracle.com/software/utilities/htdocs/ftp.htm

This includes a 'good' installer

But download time is soooo painful
Why?
Can't Oracle with all it's resources have a decent server?
