Yes, we do have HACMP/ES.

We do not run Oracle 7.3.4 with HACMP 4.4 yet. We just wanted to know if that works, because, as I wrote, we have to migrate to 8.1.7, and so purchased HACMP 4.4 (IBM didn't offered 4.3 for us - only 4.4). So, we would like to run 7.3.4+HACMP 4.4 only for the migration period, and if it runs, also we could test out more 8.1.7 before running in production.
