Hello,

I have installed Oracle 8.1.7 on Linux (kernel 2.2.17).
I have the listener configured and can connect via remote systems, use
sql*plus no problems,etc.
However, I noticed when I tried to use the OEM I couldn't connect.
OEM is installed. I started the subagent with lsnrctl dbsnmp_start.
The console reports no errors. I status dbsnmp but dbsnmp is not
started.

        Anyone run into this?

Any help is appreciated. - Jhaskins Received on Mon Feb 19 2001 - 00:27:57 CST
