Yes, provided you have all necessary redo. The command is 'recover database using backup controlfile' -and the 'using backup controlfile' keywords instruct Oracle to ignore the Control File as the source of the SCN to which the database should be synchronised.

It gets tricky, especially if you've restored all your datafiles to new (ie, different) locations on the replacement disks, but it can be done.
