DB Link between Oracle and MySQL

Since I am doing a project with 2 databases: MySQL and Oracle on
different server, can I have a connection between MySQL and Oracle like
DB link with synonym function, so that MySQL can directly access tables
in Oracle and vice versa? and how to achieve this?
