  1. make sure the redolog is not currently in use.(inactive) ( use views v$log and v$logfiles )
  2. alter system switch logfile

  This commands will help in switching
  an active log to a new one ( in case you   want to resize the current active one)

3. Once you are you are sure a redo log
  is inactive, drop that member

4. Create ( add ) another redo member

   with 5M size.

5. Do it for other small redo log groups,

   i.e

  1. make sure it is not active
  2. Drop it ( i.e. drop the small 1 M redo)
  3. Add a large redo log ( 5 MB)
