Re: installing UTL_TCP or UTL_SMTP

For SMTP, ask your DBA to run the following scripts:   $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/prvtsmtp.plb
  $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlsmtp.sql
For TCP, ask your DBA to run the following scripts:   $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/prvttcp.plb
  $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utltcp.sql
