If you keep indexes in separate tablespaces from tables a quick worse case type test would be to sum the allocated bytes of storage in sys.dba_extents for all table storage tablespaces. (Skipping system, temp, rbs tablespaces, and index tablespaces). The exp will almost surely not exceed this and will probably be much less since the Oracle block overhead in not exported.
