Upgrade Strategy/Migration from WinNT 4.0 PDC to Win2k and Oracle?

We'll be running 8.0.6 shortly on our production server as a stop-gap. The server is also a PDC running Windows 4.0 Server. Can anyone provide some upgrade strategies/suggestions on how to get this to Windows 2000 and what oracle version we should be moving to?
