Update on this....
When the snapshot logs are rebuilt on the 8.0.5 Instance, the dbms_utility.refresh can be executed on the 8.1.6 Instance. However, when attempting to run dbms_refresh a second time, it fails with the below message.
If I go back and drop and recreate the snapshot logs on the 8.0.5 Instance, I can again
go to the 8.1.6 instance and run dbms_refresh ONE time only.
