Dear ORACLE Gurus,
Assuming the following situation:
Several customers using ORALCE databases and one central callcenter.
Is it possible to run Intelligent Agents on each customer database and
one
Management Server in the central callcenter ?
Is it possible that the Intelligent Agent is contacting the Management
Server via dial up
or is it necesaary that the connection between Intelligent agent and the
Management Server is a
dedicated line ?
