NT Database Auth...

Do you guys happen to know how can I setup Oracle8i on NT4 to use my nt authentication for sysdba.
I have created a local group called ORA_DBA added my uid to the local group. I've also set the password file parameter in init.ora to NONE but when I am trying to login on the sqlplus prompt as:

sqlplus /nolog
connect / as sysdba
I either get access denied on one server and on the other I get your do not have enough priviligaes.
