I have to agree with rare exceptions. I had a tar open for 2 months and all
the tech did was dance around the issue and try to find any reason NOT to
answer my problem. For as hard as Oracle is pushing Java you would think
they would try to get qualified people to support it. Id love to send them
a bill for the consultants we are going to have to get in the future to make
their product work. (On the other hand, think of the job security if only
you know how to fix their product)
