Compare Databases How ?

Hi,

can anyone tell me please if there is any any kind of tools to compare to large databases.
(oracle 8.0.4, WinNT4.0)
i would like to have the differint records in the databasees and if can i compare more than 2 databases in the sametime ?

and i would to compare 2 tables .
